ZDPH high consistency energy-saving refiner is the ideal device, which is used to deal with chemical pulp, semi-chemical machinery pulp, machinery pulp, cold-soaking high yield pulp in modern pulp-making papermaking. The fibre cutting is few and the effect of dividing into silk broom is prominent.It has good fibre flexibility which can effectively protect the deciduous wood,grass and other short fibered pulp material's fibre length. The high consistency refiner has wide application scope. No matter the pulp of complex tree species and larger material variance, or the remnant scrap and commercial pulp board after processing, waste paper and others. The high consistency refiner can separate them into high quality fiber with higher linear speed and proper section clearance.
